Launch of the Tasky App

I am customer service personnel that developed an interest in product management. I am hoping to acquire as much knowledge as possible to be best product manager.
A new week with a new set of exciting tasks. We were tasked to plan the launch of our product the tasky app. We had a meeting with the technical team to find out the progress they have made so far with the app and if it was ready to be shipped. The link to the webapp was dropped on the group page to test the app. We discovered numerous problems with the webapp. Firstly, navigating around the user interface wasn't easy. Then to edit user profile was also difficult, Also to save a task which has been inputed wasn't also working. We decided to wait until those problems were worked on by the technical team. We drew a product launch roadmap using the miro app. After several back and forth meetings to meet up with the adjustments made to the app. We launched the product and we received feedback from our consumers which we will work on to improve the quality of the product.
