I am customer service personnel that developed an interest in product management. I am hoping to acquire as much knowledge as possible to be best product manager.

A new week with new deliverables, we were paired with other teams to come up with a to do app after some deliberations we decided to give the app the name tasky app. Tasky app is a to do app that will help consumers plan their day to day activities with ease. It will help them prioritize task, with a schedule pTextlanner, and a notification reminder. We created a Kanban board to show case all the tasks to be completed on the product backlog, the board was also monitored and updated frequently. Stand up meetings was organized frequently by our team lead. At the end of the first meeting we were to come up with a product roadmap and a product requirement document. By Tuesday we had a meeting we were able to come with the product requirement document, product roadmap, product objectives, and the sketch of the user flow the design team will work with. All these were provided to start the work needed. By Wednesday google form was created and sent out by our able team lead. Another meeting was organized with other team leads, during the meeting backend developer said location and in app notification should be removed. After all the back and forth it was decided that in app notification and location be removed. The link to the product roadmap was distributed to all teams. By Thursday and Friday adjustments had to be made to fix some bug issues we were having with the website, most of the other team members were not meeting up to their task. By Friday all the teams were rounding up with their tasks.
